To conduct a commercial activity in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain and engage in commercial business, the entrepreneur must obtain the Chamber of Commerce membership and benefit from its services.

For registration service through the Customer Happiness Center at the Department of Economic Development, Tas’heel, and email, please provide the following documents:”

Sole Proprietorship Establishments:

· A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy of the owner(s)

· Initial Approval from the Department of Economic Development (DED).

Companies:

· A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy of the manager or attorney (if exists)

· A valid Initial Approval from the Department of Economic Development (DED).

· A copy of the memorandum of association, notarized & attested (if exists).

Free Trade Zone Establishments and Companies:

· A copy of the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone Commercial License
· A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy of the owner(s)

· A copy of the memorandum of association, notarized & attested
